If you are not in the waiting room 5 minutes after your appointment time starts Kara will resend the link via text message and email. If you do not attend your telehealth appointment 20 minutes after your start time your appointment will be considered a no-show. Prior to your appointment will be emailed paperwork through DocuSign. This will need to be completed 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If clients do not complete their paperwork prior to their appointment their appointment will automatically be cancelled. If you have not yet been emailed your paperwork via DocuSign 48 hours prior to your appointment, please check your trash or spam folder as it has a tendency to be sent there.
